    • Patrick Stinson, employed as stoker at Getman's factory, was arrested Saturday evening for severely assaulting Zeb Russell. He was arraigned before Justice Audas, and plead not guilty. The case was to have come on for examination Monday morning, the prisoner in the meantime being turned over to constable Collier for safe keeping. The officer concluded to let him go on and finish his work that evening; but he proceeded to work his way out of town, and that's the last that has been heard of him. [2]
